"We believe conversations can change lives"
Making remote work work
The future of work is out of the office. At home, in cafes or on the go, more and more people are working remotely, but this brings its own mental health challenges: detachment, disillusionment or loneliness. That’s why our podcast and our newsletter are aimed at remote workers, meaning wherever you are, we are too.
Talking about mental health in the workplace is still a taboo. People still believe “mental health” means “mental illness,” which stops people from adopting good habits and practices, something that Joe learnt all too well. This is because while most people exercise their body, very few exercise their minds. What they need instead is ‘mental fitness.’
